I have ordered one of the documents. When will I receive it?Updated a year ago
If you have ordered one of the complementary documents and successfully completed and passed your course ( see how to check your progress here), please note that you will need to go to the account menu on your virtual campus to finalize the order.
a) To receive the ICOES certificate, see the dedicated article:
- ICOES Hard copy Certificate
- ICOES Digital copy Certificate
b) To receive the Certificate of Achievement or the CPD certificate
Go to Certificates > Redeem Certificate on the main menu.
- On the next screen, you can select the completed course you would like to apply it to.
- Keep in mind that If you have more than one course completed, you must select it from a dropdown list showing all completed courses on our account.
- You should then see a confirmation message. Your document will then be available to download under the "My Documents" folder.
c) To receive the Proof of Enrollment, Proof of Completion or Result Breakdown
Go to Transcripts > Redeem Transcripts on the main menu.
- On the next screen, you can select the completed course you would like to apply it to.
- Keep in mind that If you have more than one course completed, you must select it from a dropdown list showing all completed courses on our account.
- You will be asked to confirm your address, so it's added to the letter. Once you confirm and conclude your order, you should see a confirmation message. Your document will then be available to download under the "My Documents" folder.
