Is IOA's Annual and Lifetime membership plans eligible for a refund?Updated a year ago

Yes, IOA offers a refund option for the Annual and Lifetime membership plans. After purchasing either of these plans, you have a 7-day trial period to try out the full membership. If, within these 7 days, you find that you are not satisfied with the membership, you can request a refund.

Please note that after the 7-day trial period, we are unable to process a refund. However, you can still cancel the auto-renewal of your membership. If you are on a yearly plan, you will continue to enjoy the benefits until your expiration date.
